COMPANY RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES & INSTRUCTIONS
General Product Return Policy:
You must FIRST call or WRITE to receive a "Return Authorization Number". This will certify your return date requested is valid and that the product was purchased by an authorized vendor. All items must be returned within 7 calendar days of that date, and must be postmarked by the applicable return guarantee deadline. Returns are only authorized if within the specific time period specifically offered for a a given product on a certain date, and only if they clearly have the return authorization number on the "letter of return request" accompanying the product returned.
All material must be returned in complete and resalable condition. Due to the proprietary nature of material revealed to the client, all return are subject to a minimum processing and repackaging fee of 10% of the retail value of that product, if accepted for return. Additional fees are deducted for installed software, or incomplete material returned.
Payment Plans General Policy:
The client understands that any guarantee or obligation to make payments for products, are not contingent on the client’s ability to qualify for a loan, as this company is not the lender you may deal with. All payments are in fact billable and due, if not automatically collected as agreed, and they are considered a promissory note at a rate of 18% APR if not paid as agreed. Not all products offer a money back guarantee, except as specifically offered at time of purchase. Due to proprietary nature of most material and software sold, refunds are only granted for special packages as specifically offered. If not specifically offered, no returns and refunds are allowed. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and does not include shipping. If free shipping and handling was offered originally, that my be deducted from a refund as well. Rebate programs are not to be considered a refund. Rebates are only redeemable as specified in the offer.

Living Free and Clear Essentials download course: Buyer has 21 days to meet the following conditions (or 30 days with physical PREMIER course packages). Cancellations are not allowed unless ALL of the following conditions are met. Initial where indicated, verifying your understanding of these terms. Due to the proprietary nature of software and non returnability of some material, these simple conditions are required.
1. Client must attend at least ONE online group training class. Attendance records are kept and verified by our office.
2. AND Client must input their actual income, expenses, etc as requested by the calculator. If the outcome indicates they would not save at least 10 times the course investment, in terms of interest and/or payments saved, as compared to a current 30 year fixed rate mortgage scenario, a request to cancel or return may be made.
3. AND Failure to activate the course and enter the data honestly are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. AND If a cancellation or return is THEN requested, client must also meet with course counselor via a web based, to review their data input and verify the data input was done so accurately, and that the “10 times the course investment” savings cannot be achieved. During this meeting the course counselor will also verify, and that all data regarding the course is deleted from the client’s system, and to ensure license or copyright violations have not occurred. 5. AND Returns must first be submitted by using the approved FAX or MAIL form prior the due date. Email or called in cancellations are not allowed, as they are not verifiable.
Upon making the online purchase, the clients understands that these terms constitute a promissory note to pay unless the projected results cannot be met by our system. Failure to pay the remaining payments due could results in collection efforts by the company. Otherwise sales are final.
Premier Course Note: The approved cancellation form must be FAXED to our office no late than 30 days from date of purchase. The client must ALSO then be emailed a “Return Authorization Number (RAN)”. This RAN number is required to be written on a note with ALL physical packages returned, or significant delay in cancellations or refund may occur. Physical packages must then be delivered to our offices no later than10 days after obtaining the "RAN". Physical package returns may incur a 10% restocking fee, shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Other guarantees do not apply. Sales are final after the trial period and final payment.
A 10% merchant and processing fee will be charged from returns based on full purchase price.
